Ticket terms
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing tickets. Tickets sold at the online shop are only for Underneath by Recover Laboratory, and showtimes are from 26 September to 20 December 2018.
Please check your chosen date and time on the ticket carefully before confirming. Paid tickets cannot be exchanged, returned or reimbursed. In addition to the ticket price, the Recover Laboratory does not charge delivery fees, as the tickets will be emailed to the customer. For this reason, the ticket may sometimes go to your spam folder, so please be sure to check there as well.
Recover Laboratory will not replace any lost, stolen or destroyed tickets with a new ticket or money. As the organizer of the show, Recover Laboratory reserves the right to cancel the performance in case of illnesses or in a force majeure situation, that is out of the influence of the organising party (eg. exceptional circumstances, extreme weather, strikes). In this case, the customer will be adviced to find a new date where the ticket can be changed to. If it is not possible, the customer will be reimbursed the ticket price. Recover Laboratory will inform of any cancellation and of schedule changes by emailing customers who have provided their contact information when purchasing the ticket.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the show date has not been canceled, as well as any other event related information and any changes (eg. show date, ticket-specific entry time, accessibility, age limit) on www.recoverlaboratory.com.
A holder of a discount ticket must be prepared to present a certificate attesting to the discount at the entrance of the show.
Resale of purchased tickets is prohibited without the permission of Recover Laboratory.
